Bekki has devoted her career to working with leadership teams to achieve business objectives through organizational alignment. She has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience, including Human Resource leadership in the small business sector as well as international Fortune 500 companies. Bekki is known for her ability to partner with and gain the trust of leaders at all levels.
Bekki's post graduate education topics include Authentic Leadership, Newfield Coaching, Masterful Facilitation; Denison Culture Assessment; Communicating Across Differences; DiSC Assessment; Situational Leadership; Behavioral Interviewing; Organizational Development; and Lean Six Sigma (white belt).
She has deep corporate leadership experience in the high-tech, electrical engineering and manufacturing industry, and has consulted in numerous other industries – transportation, chemicals, commercial real estate, legal, medicine and wellness, and education.
