Bryan has over 25 years experience in the fields of organizational development, executive coaching, team development, and management development training. Prior to forming his own consulting company, RB Slade Associates, LLC, Bryan worked at the executive level in human resources administration for corporations such as Hewlett Packard, New Belgium Brewing Company, and Poudre Valley Health System.

Many years ago he discovered his true professional passion was teaching, coaching and consulting. Consequently, Bryan has been fortunate to experience a successful consulting practice, while receiving a great deal of personal satisfaction helping organizations and individuals grow. Bryan’s extensive, and diverse professional experience, coupled with his effective training skills, allows him to connect to audiences in many industries, and at all levels of the organization. Bryan has become known for his unique ability to help organizations use the latest scientific research from academic settings, and apply it in their own day-to-day sales, leadership, and customer service challenges. Clients describe his style as, relaxed, focused, fun, energizing, and above all, informative.

Bryan received his graduate degree from the University of Denver, and completed his undergraduate education at Colorado State University. He has lived in Colorado for many years, where he has raised two beautiful children, along with his spouse, Carol. Bryan and Carol currently live on a 19-acre horse ranch at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, where they enjoy riding, and caring for the horses. During time away from work, he enjoys anything outdoors, including skiing, hiking, golf and bicycling. His other passion is a love of music. Bryan currently plays percussion in a local blues band, which helps keeps him connected to his earlier years growing up in Chicago, where he was exposed to many of the great blues and jazz musicians.

Bryan’s clients include Ball Aerospace Corporation, Newmont Mining Company, Oppenheimer Funds, the State of Wyoming, Platte River Power Company, and many others.

To have Bryan Slade working with you as a trainer and cooperating partner is to gain a significant competitive advantage.  That is so, because of his ability to provide an understanding of conceptual information with a mastery of ways to apply that information to the challenges his audience members encounter and need to overcome on a daily basis.
