A resource for thinking leaders

Thanks to my friend Paul Beiser, I recently discovered 12Manage. You may want to check it out.

I haven't fully explored it - it's kind of a business models and concepts Wikipedia. I like their description, assumptions, strengths and weaknesses of each model or set of concepts.

When I come across information like this, it's as though I get access to a source of building blocks and beams that have the potential to connect and strengthen the structure as I continue to grow and build higher.

Every once in a while I find that older information is weaker than a new understanding, and I'm continually replacing, and further reinforcing, my foundation, so that I may build even higher.

I'm not sure exactly what design is unfolding through me and my information gathering. I do know that it's there to serve people, and it feels lofty and inspiring. A cathedral maybe?
