We're calling all leaders who want to upgrade and transform the way people work together.
Leaders who work hard every day, fighting for what’s right for their mission and people.
Leaders who persevere through difficulty and change, striving for excellence in the midst of scarcity and challenge.
Leaders like you.
We want to help unlock your potential by discovering and unleashing your own superpowers and those of your team members in the struggle of good over evil. Or, at least at work, in the struggle of greatness over mediocrity.
Superpowers. In you. And your team.
And we haven’t even gotten to the kryptonite yet.
(Whew! If you’re still reading, you’ve passed the first test.)
We had to bring you in on this. The importance of our shared mission is just too urgent to hold back any longer.
And, besides, we think we all could use a little fun in the midst of all this seriousness.
What’s serious, you ask?
It’s serious when leaders and teams unintentionally settle for the “what is,” limiting everyone’s potential.
It’s serious when leaders undervalue the unique abilities every person brings to their work.
It’s serious when organizations stall and everyone involved suffers.
The good news is we believe suffering is optional, and by leveraging everyone’s superpowers you can create an organization that inspires people, avoids organizational kryptonite, and outperforms the competition.
For this mission, we need mild-mannered leaders who are humble enough to be vulnerable and passionate enough to unleash the superpowers of every person on their team. Leaders who are willing to challenge the status quo that squeezes people into boxes far smaller than their capabilities. Leaders who can poke some fun at themselves while we’re working hard together.
Real superheroes. With or without horn-rimmed glasses.
We won’t spill all the beans just yet. Suffice it to say, for the near future we’ll be exploring how superpowers, superheroes/villains, and kryptonite can figure into your success and that of your team and organization.
Let us know if you’re up for the mission.
We need you.
The world needs you.
