Diane holds more than 20 years of strategic human resources and senior leadership experience through her leadership roles with McStain Neighborhoods, Level 3 Communications and Fortune 500 companies – YUM! Brands and Macys.  She co-founded a strategic business consultancy, Whole Strategies.  Most recently, she served as the Chief People Officer at OtterBox, a company frequently recognized for their engaging culture and innovation people practices.

Along her journey, Diane discovered her passion - creating environments where people can do their best work.  Through her company, Jera Partnerships, she helps our clients develop clear visions of the future, enact plans to ensure success, and provides coaching during the plan implementation.  Diane brings her ability to integrate cultures – to achieve results – and also provides leadership development and executive coaching services. 

Diane earned her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed transformational coaching training.  She completed certification programs for multiple assessments and strategic planning processes, including Emergenetics, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Paterson’s StratOp and LifePlan processes.  Diane also completed the International Coaching Federation’s accredited Transformational Coaching Program.  She speaks nationally on the topics of organizational culture and employee engagement.

Diane enjoys traveling with her husband, David, and hiking in the foothills of Colorado with their pups: Hilo, Kahu, and Kailua.  She enjoys theatre and the arts and serves on the boards of the Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company and the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau Trust.
