It's been a good year for the economy, and many companies and organizations are trying to figure out how to reward their teams.
Regardless of your perspectice, research shows that there is a point at which rewarding an employee monetarily no longer has a correlation to the employee's satisfaction or contribution to the team. In fact, in some cases, greater rewards actually lead to poorer results.
Our discussion will be focused on rewards: How to divvy them out (as the team leader), and how to articulate the kind of reward that enables you (as a team member) to truly feel rewarded.
