Katie is the client success coordinator & coach at trebuchet group. she’s a project manager, the voice behind our communications, and leads our emerging leader programs.

As a strong connector, Katie loves bringing people and purpose together to help individuals and companies meet their goals. She has been supporting leaders and their teams in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors since 2012.

She is a coach for early career professionals, women taking on new leadership roles, and those who are ready to stop waiting for permission and make change in their organizations. She loves working with leaders who are curious about exploring how to integrate compassionate practices into their work environments. 

She partnered with Chris to develop and deliver the Ripple Leader Program and continues to partner with clients to customize workshops and learning experiences to support new and emerging leaders on their journeys.

She graduated from Blue Mesa Coaching’s Transformational Coaching Program in 2023 and is working on her ICF accreditation.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado and is a recent graduate of Stanford’s Applied Compassion Academy. She is also a certified Grief Educator and is passionate about equipping leaders in supporting others as they navigate disruptive life events.

When not at work Katie enjoys writing, reading, sipping vanilla lattes, and spending time with her husband Dylan and new daughter. She has had the ambitious goal of reading 20,000 pages in a year since 2007.
