The strategic plan you made for your business in 2020 has probably gone out the window. While unknowns are paralyzing, you have choices in how to move forward. So where do you start?

The good news is, you don’t have to have a forever plan. You only need to identify what’s most important for the next 90-120 days as the world continues to change.

Join Jana Sanchez of Trebuchet Group to create an action plan to meet your most pressing business needs. We’ll walk through a replicable framework to identify a common goal, engage your employees, and give you the confidence to tackle what’s needed next.

Join us in three sessions to build a 90-120 day action plan to create clarity and confidence for you and your team.

You'll walk away with:

- A clear shared goal your team can commit to accomplishing in 3-4 months

- Measurable objectives to address the most pressing needs of your business

- Project plans for individual roles to achieve results

- A tool you can re-use throughout the lifetime of your business

Session One - Strategic Anchors and Rallying Cry

Identify the strategic anchors currently in play for your business and build a "Rallying Cry" your team can stand behind.

Session Two - Defining Objectives and Metrics

Define the most important action items under your Rallying Cry and learn how to track and measure your progress.

Session Three - Roles to Goals & Troubleshooting

Create a clear road map for each employee how they directly contribute to your goals. We'll also provide tools to address common issues leaders and teams face as you implement your plan together.

Participants must commit to all three sessions.

The sessions are designed to build on previous content and work done with your team in between sessions. Price includes slots for both the CEO and another representative from your leadership team. We highly recommend that you have two people participate in the program.
