She brings 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach in business, collegiate, and community settings. She is certified in change management, coaching, and training by the Association for Talent Development.
During her early career in journalism, Erin worked in radio, television and print for which she earned numerous awards at the state and national level. This background, along with her subsequent work in public relations, has been a valuable asset to clients who are facing challenges with external communications.
Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Erin lives with her husband, their two children, one dog, and one frog (a decent swimmer named Phelps, yes, after the olympian). When she’s not working or volunteering, she carves out time to chase her kids down a ski run or read yet another Percy Jackson novel together.
