Allison Conte supports leaders who desire to be a force for good in the world, and who are ready to do the inner and outer work required to achieve this purpose. She is a master executive coach, team coach, OD consultant, and facilitator of culture transformation.

Allison has 25 years’ experience consulting in industries such as pharmaceuticals, health care, energy, technology, consumer goods, financial services, quick service restaurants, higher education, and manufacturing. Clients have included Boehringer-Ingelheim, Blue Shield California, Chick-Fil-A, City of Edmonton, City of New York, Cleveland Clinic, GOJO, Fifth Third Bank, Gravity Renewables, Hilliard Lyons, Hospice Compassus, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, Nokia, Rocky Mountain Institute, Sherwin Williams, Unilever, United Health Care, University of Denver, and World Pulse.

In addition to working in private practice, Allison currently serves as adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership. Previously, she worked with a variety of boutique consulting firms including, most recently, Mobius Executive Leadership (Boston) and Karrikins Group (Denver).

Allison has a passion for women’s leadership. Her unique model, Sophia Leadership, helps women to cultivate an empowered Feminine leadership style so they can lead their organizations toward more balance.
