Christine has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, strategy and leadership. She spent 16 years working at New Belgium Company – 12 of which were in the C-Suite as CFO, COO, President and CEO. At the end of 2012, she guided the company through a 2nd Stage ESOP transaction, resulting in New Belgium becoming a 100% employee owned company BCorp. Her proudest accomplishment is the creation of the New Belgium Health Clinic – providing proactive health care serving families effectively while managing medical costs.

She also has led WTRMLN WTR and serves as an independent board director for Health-Ade Kombucha.

Christine received a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University, where she is a member of the College of Business Global Leadership Council. She is a mom to four children and one golden retriever, is married to a Belgian brew master and loves spending time outdoors hiking, paddle boarding or running.
