Through her work at My Innermission, Colleen brings her experience in somatic coaching, leadership development, change management, human-centered strategy, as well as a dose of humility and humor, to help individuals and organizations navigate transition.

Colleen is an "arranger" by nature. Her background as a director for a national non-profit, and her previous career in education have contributed to her ability to identify priorities, and to figure out how the existing pieces can fit together strategically and systematically to support individuals and teams in doing their best work. Colleen strives for simplexity--elegant simplicity for complex issues.

She holds a Master's Degree in Education and Assessment and has over twenty years of designing and facilitating adult learning--in person and online. Colleen's commitment to life-long learning and facilitating meaningful learning has shaped her approach to coaching and consulting. Organizations benefit from her ability to build capacity in their own people, so they can lead themselves and support others internally.
