Monica Sherese Brewster, PMP, brings 25+ years of progressive experience to the team as an Organizational Strategy Consultant and Certified Professional Coach. She serves our clients through her consultancy, Twist Solutions, Inc. Highly regarded as a motivational and influential leader collaborator, she leverages expertise in business transformation, change management, coaching, and facilitation to enable stellar results for dynamic executive leaders and teams.

Monica is a deep listener and has been extremely adept at building lasting client relationships and driving stakeholder engagement via a people-centric approach. As an out-of-the-box thinker, she utilizes extensive training in the XCHANGE Facilitation approach, coaching certification from The Life Coach School and relevant expertise to partner with clients in realizing possibilities related to people-driven culture, values-aligned strategy, continuous process improvement, seamless organizational alignment and optimized resource utilization.

Building on many years working alongside high-delivery teams with industry leaders PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Consulting and other boutique firms, gaining a wealth of best practices and relevant insights related to organizational health, she established her own consultancy six years ago to expand her portfolio from government to corporate and non-profit organizations.

Monica has supported corporate clients at Prudential Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors), local government clients with the Office of the DC Deputy Mayor for Children, Youth, Family and Elders, and a number of federal government agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Defense (DOD), National Science Foundation (NSF), Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). She currently supports C-suite executives at the American Psychological Association (APA) in the non-profit space.

Monica is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at the University at Albany. Always a New Yorker at heart, she has resided in the DC metro area for nearly 20 years.
